Fully cooked. Heating Instructions: This sausage is smoked and fully cooked. To serve, simply pan-fry or grill for 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat, or bake in the oven at 375 degrees until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached. Keep refrigerated. Storage Instructions: Keep in mind that once the package is opened, cook and consume the sausage within 3 days. You can also freeze Silva sausages for up to 4 months.
