Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups Caramel M&M’s
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Using mixer, beat butter, brown & granulated sugar and corn syrup until fluffy. Beat in egg & vanilla.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda & salt; stir into butter mixture until combined. Stir in M&M’s; chill for 15 minutes.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden but center of cookie is still puffy. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to rack; let cool completely.
