Hot Water: Combine 1/4 cup hot water and 1/3 cup oatmeal. Stir well and cover for 3-4 minutes. Microwave (Times may vary): Combine 1/4 cup water and 1/3 cup oatmeal in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 45-65 seconds. Stir and let stand 1-2 minutes. Overnight Oats: Combine 1/4 cup water or your favorite milk and 1/3 cup oatmeal. Stir well and cover. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Please adjust water for desired consistency.
