Preparation Directions: Microwave: Cut a 1 inch slit in the film. Microwave on high for 2 minutes (Cooking times may vary, heat thoroughly). Carefully remove film, mix gently and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove film from oven-safe bowl and place on a baking sheet. Place baking sheet on center rack and cook for 25-30 minutes (Cooking times may vary, heat thoroughly) until heated throughout. Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow cooking directions below. Food Safety Tips: Fully cooked products must reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher. Oven should not exceed higher than 400 degrees F. Do not refreeze thawed product. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
