Microwave (1100 W): 1. Remove tray from outer packaging. 2. Peel back a corner of the plastic film to vent. 3. Cook on high for 14 minutes. 4. Carefully remove from microwave, pull back film and stir completely. 5. Re-cover and continue cooking on high for an additional 5-5 1/2 minutes. 6. Let sit for 3-5 minutes, carefully remove tray from microwave and stir before serving. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F for 10 minutes. 2. Remove tray from outer packaging. 3. Peel back a corner of the plastic film to vent. 4. Place tray on baking sheet and place on center rack in oven. 5. Cook for 60 minutes. 6. Carefully remove from oven, peel back film and stir completely. 7. Re-cover and bake for additional 15-16 minutes. 8. Remove from oven and let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving. Caution: Product will be hot. Do not refreeze after cooking. Perishable. Keep frozen.
