Boil: Stovetop Cooking (4-6 servings of cooked rice): 1 cup rice + 1-1/2 cups water. To prepare in a rice cooker, use same water-rice ratio. 1. Add water into pot with rice (optional add 1 tbsp butter or oil). 2. Heat on med-high until the water begins to boil. 3. Reduce heat to low, cover, let simmer 20 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, keep covered for 10 minutes. 5. Fluff with a fork and serve. (If rice is still crunchy, try adding 2 tbsp. liquid and cook on low 5 more minutes (lid-on).)
