For Delicious Scrambled Eggs: 1. Whisk or blend 2 level (unpacked) tablespoons of VeganEgg per 1/2 cup of ice cold water until smooth. 2. Heat a lightly-oiled skillet to medium-high. 3. Pour mixture into skillet (egg should sizzle in pan) and immediately begin to scramble. 4. Scramble frequently and evenly with a spatula until eggs are firm. VeganEgg takes longer than regular eggs, so we recommend 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Season to taste and enjoy! Basic Recipe: 2 level (unpacked) tablespoons VeganEgg + 1/2 cup ice cold water + whisk vigorously = one egg. Settling may occur. Shake bag before use. Baking with Vegan Egg: When baking with VeganEgg, we recommend that you reduce the amount of water used for each VeganEgg in the recipe. These are general baking guidelines. Individual recipes may vary. If Recipe Uses 1-2 Eggs: Use 5 tbsp. water per VeganEgg. If Recipe Uses: 3+ Eggs: Use 1/4 cup water per VeganEgg. In gluten-free recipes, use 1/4 cup ice cold water for each VeganEgg. VeganEggs may be stored in your fridge or pantry.
