Directions for Thawing: Thaw overnight in the bag in the refrigerator, or remove shrimp from bag, thaw in a colander or strainer under cold running water for approximately three minutes. Use immediately. Boiled Shrimp: To Prepare: Bring water to a boil (only enough water needed that will cover the amount of shrimp you are cooking). Add your favorite spices to the water. Place frozen shrimp in boiling water. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes, making sure you do not overcook. Drain at once and run shrimp under cool water, so that they will stop cooking. Add your favorite spices or sauce and enjoy this simple meal! Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
