Preparation Instructions: These products are fully cooked RTE - not shelf stable. Cold Case Program: Thaw sauce overnight. Mix frozen protein with thawed sauce until protein is completely coated with sauce and transfer to display bowl. Reheating from Cold Case: Remove lid from bowl. Microwave: Microwave on high for 2-1/2-3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Hot Case Program: Protein: Deep Fry: Deep fry protein at 350 degrees F for 3-4 minutes. Microwave: Oven: Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes with no sides touching. Sauce: Microwave: From frozen, heat sauce pouch on high in microwave for 2 minutes. Remove bag and knead to loosen. Heat on high in 1 minute increments for an additional 3-5 minutes and knead to loosen sauce and disperse hot spots between heating cycles. Steam: Steamer: Place sauce bag in steam proof pan and heat for 30 minutes. Mix protein and sauce together and hold in steam table at greater than 140 degrees F.
