All You Need: 1 package Signature Select Beef Stew Seasoning Mix, 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, 1/4 cup flour, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 cups water, 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, celery and onions Directions: 1. Coat beef with flour. Cook in hot oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven over medium heat until browned. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 3. Add vegetables; cover and simmer 45 minutes longer or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings.
