Ingredients

  • 1 lb waterfront BISTRO Shrimp Raw Ez Peel Shell & Tail On Small (51 - 60 count)
  • water6 cups
  • instant ramen noodle soup, shrimp flavor3 (3 oz) pkgs
  • toasted sesame oil2 tsp
  • broccoli florets12 oz
  • 3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 hard-cooked egg, peeled (halved)
  • 1/2 small bunch green onions (scallions) (sliced on a bias)

Instructions

  • STEP 1

    Defrost shrimp per package instructions.  Peel shrimp and remove tails.  Set aside.

  • STEP 2

    In a large pot over medium high heat, bring 6 cups water to a boil.

  • STEP 3

    Add ramen seasoning packets and sesame oil.  Then add shrimp, ramen noodles, broccoli, and garlic.

  • STEP 4

    Nestle noodles and shrimp into the broth until covered.

  • STEP 5

    Cook until shrimp is pink, and broccoli is cooked through, about 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • STEP 6

    Divide between 4 bowls, garnishing each bowl with half an egg and green onions.
